Obituary of Diane Linda Frawley

Diane Linda Frawley, 66, of Sonat Road passed away on April 8, 2022 at the Delmar Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing after a long illness.  She was born on June 30, 1955 in Callicoon, NY and was the daughter of Richard and Shirley Brown vonBergen of Byron, New York.  Diane was a graduate of Byron-Bergen High School and SUNY Oswego.  She had been a loan processor for New York State Credit Union Association in Albany for 20 years.

 

She enjoyed reading, swimming, golf, arobic exercising and walking, trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. 

 

She is the beloved wife of Robert Vincent Frawley, whom she married on July 8, 1978.  She is the devoted mother of Joseph R. Frawley of Woonsokket, RI and Pamela M. (Jason) Rathbun of Halfmoon, NY; sister of Daniel (Cathie) vonBergen of South Bend, IN and Sherri (Paul) Nilsen of Liberty, NY and the late James vonBergen; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday May 21, 2022 at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park with the Rev. Patrick Butler Pastor of St. Edward the Confessor Church in Clifton Park officiating.

 

Calling hours will be from 12 noon – 2 pm Saturday in the funeral home, prior to the service.

 

Interment will be in Jonesville Cemetery at a later date.
