Obituary of Robert J. Bombace

Robert J. “Bob” Bombace, 72, of Halfmoon, peacefully entered into eternal life on Tuesday June 14, 2022.

Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary LaTerra Bombace. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from St. John’s University.

Mr. Bombace was the owner of "Beaming Sounds DJ Music" in Clifton Park after his retirement from PMI Mortgage Company.

Bob was a communicant of St. Edward the Confessor Church in Clifton Park. He loved music and sang cover songs in a band at bars and restaurants when he was younger. He also enjoyed boating and being on the water.

Devoted father of Lauren Bombace of Alexandria, VA, brother of Roger Bombace of Bronx, NY and the late Joseph Bombace, also survived by a nephew, Johnny Bombace.

He was also predeceased by his canine companion Lucy, who was his best friend.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Rd., Clifton Park, NY 12065.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065 Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to the mass.

Interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Saratoga Springs, NY.

Those desiring, may make memorial contributions to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204, in memory of Robert J. “Bob” Bombace.
