Anne, Emily & Juliana, We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Julia has such fond childhood memories of playing at your house. Mike always had a welcoming smile and was always happy to make the endless trips back and forth for play dates & sleepovers. No words can ease the pain. Michael, I am saying a prayer for you" Thank you, Lord, for the wonderful people you have brought into my life. There have been many rich friendships with people who shared my joys and sorrows alike. You have also inspired leaders to teach me and guide me in faith. You have allowed me to have influence on others as well. Thank you, Lord, for this holy community of faith. I don't know what I would do without them." Michael, just trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths to heaven. I was shocked and saddened to learn of Mike's passing. Many years ago we were teammates on the Dept of Civil Service softball team and also played an occasional round of golf together in the department's league. Mike was a great guy and fun to be with.
