Lois M. Mrozko, 91, beloved wife of John S. Mrozko of Colonie, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Born in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late William and Eva Boudreau Liberty and attended Saint Marie’s school and church. Lois retired from Cluett, Peabody & Co. in Troy where she worked as a seamstress. She was an active member of the Boght Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for 45 years. She enjoyed the simple things in life, spending time with her family and socializing with her friends. She also enjoyed camping and summer outings with her family. Lois was a true patriot who loved her country. Beloved wife of John S. Mrozko for 62 years, devoted mother of Stephen J. Mrozko of Greenfield Center NY, Linda M. (Larry) Daignault of Charlotte, NC, Debra A. (Raymond) Proctor of Stillwater NY and Kenneth W. Mrozko of Colonie NY, sister of the late Gilbert, Raymond, Earl, Willard and Mabel Liberty, cherished grandmother of Jacob, Samantha (Christian), Joshua and Nathan, and beloved great-grandmother of Kylah, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the family to the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Interment will be held in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. Due to current circumstances, the family hopes to gather with friends and family in the near future to celebrate Lois’s life.
