Barbara - Chris and family.... I just saw the posting of your husband/dad's obituary.... I am so vert sorry to hear of this family loss..... I say family loss because Nick was of a generation and ethnic background where family would be of tremendous importance and pride.... He would do whatever he needed to do to protect and take care of his family. This was our of both love and commitment..... He was protective and supportive as his own family background taught him to be..... He was tough but kind at the same time for all that remained important to him.....
Please understand that if things were different---- I would be there by your side right now...... I have NOT had an aide in over two months --- not one day..... I would not and could not leave my Mom's side for anything..... Although unable to be there personally at this time..... I am very much with you in thought, prayer, love and friendship...... Fr.
