Sorry to hear of Dr. Kring's passing. I happened upon him needing a very complicated bridge (perhaps referred - too long ago). I had not been able to relate well nor feel very comfortable with the group that had been treating me and needed this broken jaw, missing teeth situation restored. Dr. Kring was so wonderful, straight forward, clearly explained the details. He restored my faith. And he created (his lab, too) a bridge that has held up longer than estimated. I was sorry when he retired, i actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I just wanted to relay what he did for me and what a good guy he was to me.

We became patients of Dr. Kring in the 1970s and remain with the practice today. Dr. Kring was a trusted advisor: he always looked at what the best dental procedure would be, and kept so up-to-date that we confidently followed his advice. We all remember being cradled in the crook of his arm, snugged up, whenever treatment was required. We also go to explore his recipe book and see his fabulous needlework. An artist in his crafts, a fine dentist, a major factor in our lives, now in our memories.

Thoughts, prayers and condolences to Dr. Kring's family and hugs to Hilde. Good wishes to Linda and Dr. Pasquali. Dr. K. will be sorely missed.
What great memories of Dr. K: He was one of the first dentists in the Capitol District to embrace computers and was a dear client of mine when he installed Practice Management Systems billing and practice management software. He then installed additional software components to include intra-oral cameras. He embraced new technology and became one of the few dental surgeons to train and perfect the art and science of dental implants. I am a testament to that as mine are almost 22 years old and in perfect condition. In fact, any clinical individual who has seen my mouth marvels at the complexities of the work! He can't be replaced.
I remember fondly his amazing needlework and miniature furniture.
The World is better for having known you Dr. James Kring. To a good life!
