Daniel J. "Joe" Bruder, 60, of Plank Road died suddenly on Friday Oct. 30, 2020 at the Samaritan Hospital in Troy. He was born in Albany, NY on August 28, 1960 and was the son of the late James Martin Bruder and Joan Brown Bruder. Joe had worked with Ray Macy "Joe" for over 40 years as a mechanic and truck driver with Macy's Light Delivery in the Capital District. He thoroughly enjoyed repairing trucks and cars for all. He is the beloved father of James Martin Bruder, Jacob James Bruder -Skinsacos and Natosha Goyette; dear brother of Donald Michael Bruder (Sharon), Margaret Duker (Theodore) and Lisa Bailey (Doug); brother in law of the late Rudolph O'Brien; grandfather of Landon, Dylan and Jacob; also survived by the Macy family, his Macy's Light Delivery family, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held on Friday at 11:00 am in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065. Calling hours will be from 4-7 pm Thursday in the funeral home. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Voorheesville, NY.
