Obituary of Kailash Pareek

Our dearest Kailash Pareek, 73, of Kings Mill Court, NY passed away on Wednesday Dec. 23, 2020 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany after a brief illness. She was born in Jaipur, India on Nov. 5, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Shri Manphool and Mrs.Gopi Devi Pareek. Kailash was the beloved wife of Dr. Vinod Pareek, Ph.D whom she married on Feb. 5, 1965. She was a housewife, amazing mother and homemaker. She came to the United States in 1987. Kailash was a member of the Hindu Temple Society of the Capital District of New York. In addition to her husband , she is the devoted mother of Yogendra Pareek of Jaipur, India and Alok Pareek of San Francisco, CA; mother in law of Renu Pareek, Jaipur and Sumati Patel-Pareek, Califorina, sister of Sushila Pareek of Jaipur, India; and a proud and loving grandmother of grandsons Arjun and Veer. A private Hindu funeral service will be held on Saturday in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065. The Pareek family appreciates the outpouring of sorrow and love shared with us. Many of you have expressed your desire to attend the ceremony, but for everyone's safety, we have decided to keep the ceremony private. We appreciate your understanding, love and prayers for Kailash's soul.
