Obituary of Javon Z. Butts, Jr.

Javon Z. Butts, Jr., 25, of Troy, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Born in Los Angeles, CA, he is the son of Shalista Hill Plummer and Javon Z. Butts, Sr. He was employed at Wal-Mart in Brunswick in the Produce Department. Javon was an avid skateboarder, loved to rap, play his PS4, football and basketball and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He was a great father and loved to take care of his kids. Beloved son of Shalista Hill Plummer (Donald) and Javon Z. Butts, Sr. and Jeffrey Mickens, who helped to raise Javon, devoted father of Jeremiah Butts, who is survived by his mother Taryn Morris and Bryce Butts who is survived by his mother Nakia Talbert, who is expecting Javon's third child in April, who they planned to name Javon Noonie Geeker Butts, maternal grandson of Angela Williams and Louis Hill, paternal grandson of Terri Lewis, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
