Obituary of Karen S. Christensen

Karen S. Christensen, 64, formerly of Cramer Woods Road, passed away peacefully on Dec. 11, 2023 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a short illness. She was born on Dec. 24, 1958 in Troy and was the daughter of the late Harold W. and Patricia A. Chambers Christensen. Karen was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School, class of 1977. Karen was known for her love of animals, volunteering, and dedication to family. She had been a communicant of Corpus Christi Church in Ushers.
She is the dear sister of Eric (Kathi) Christensen, Chris (Gary) Christensen, Kirk (Michelle) Christensen, and Marc (Myleen) Christensen; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was private and was held on Saturday at Memory Gardens, Colonie
