Obituary of Jennifer Lyn Horton

Jennifer Lyn Horton, 39, passed away peacefully at her home in Clifton Park, NY on June 6, 2018 after many long illnesses.

Jennifer was born on May 4^th, 1979 in Schenectady, NY to Sherry L. Horton. She loved kids and had a degree in Child Care for which she worked with different families and other services also. Jennifer loved anything having to do with royalty and the history it entailed and especially enjoyed that time with her Mother and “Gramoo” as she referred to her Grandmother, who both shared the same enthusiasm.  She also absolutely loved anything having to do with Frogs and easily owned hundreds of them, whether it be a stuffed frog, magnet, poster, keychain, etc. (Ribbitt!)

Jennifer was the kindest person you could ever meet and would do anything for you, no matter what her situation was at the time, especially after losing her Mom and even more recently her Grandmother.  She will be greatly missed but is now in God’s hands,  a much better place and also now with her Mom and Gramoo.

Jennifer Lyn is survived by her Uncle Scott A. ( Carolina L) Horton, Uncle Richard Horton and Grandfather Winnie W. Horton.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family
