John G. O’Donnell, 65, of Troy, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020.
Born in Troy, he was the son of the late John J. and Marjorie Garis O’Donnell and was educated at both LaSalle Institute and Troy High School.
John worked and traveled throughout the U.S.A. and then upon returning to the Troy area had worked for Eastside Roofing in Troy.
John loved sports, to read, do crossword puzzles and was a pretty good football player in his days.
Brother of Thomas (Katherine) O’Donnell, Catherine Roy and Melinda Johns, also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
His family wishes to give a special shout-out to Frenchie and the Eastside group as well as to John's many friends at St. Peter's.
